Products listed on this site may be customized with your logo, text, or design. Where customization is involved, we may request your approval of a design proof before production begins. Once a proof is approved, production is considered confirmed.

All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirham) and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing for custom or bulk orders is confirmed after we review your request.

Any artwork, logo, or design you submit for customization remains your property, and you confirm you have the right to use it. All original design work created by INKX Creatives remains our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders placed through this site are treated as quote requests. We’ll follow up by email or phone to confirm final details, pricing, and timelines before production begins. No payment is collected through this website at this time.

INKX Creatives is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
