By accessing this website, creating an account, or submitting a quote request, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

You can submit a quote request as a guest or create an account, including by signing in with Google. An account lets you view your requests, quotations, invoices, receipts and order status. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Products listed on this site may be customized with your logo, text, or design. Where customization is involved, we may request your approval of a design proof before production begins. Once a proof is approved, production is considered confirmed. Colours shown on screen may differ slightly from the finished product.

Prices are not listed on this website. Pricing is provided in a quotation, in AED (UAE Dirham), after we review your request, and depends on the product, quantity, branding method and delivery location. Each quotation states its validity date; after that date, prices may change and a new quotation may be required.

Requests submitted through this site are quote requests, not confirmed orders. We will follow up with a quotation and confirm final details, pricing and timelines before production begins.

An order is confirmed when you accept the quotation, either in your account or by replying to us. Payment terms are stated on each quotation and invoice. No payment is collected through this website.

Orders can be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, an order cannot be cancelled. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.

Any artwork, logo, or design you submit for customization remains your property, and you confirm you have the right to use it. All original design work created by INKX Creatives remains our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

INKX Creatives is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
